Nicolas Oueijan

Expertise: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Nicholas Oueijan is an undergraduate student completing his final year in the Architecture program at USC. He has always been passionate about building things and functionality. Studying architecture seemed like the perfect choice for his passions. Nicholas first started using Adobe Photoshop 6 to experiment with the different tools in his spare time. To start, he began creating spray painting stencils. After starting at USC, he learned Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for his major. He also has mastered Auto CAD, and rotates between programs for his architecture work and drawings. For his architecture work, Nicholas first uses Adobe software to model his drawings, and then moves them into Auto CAD. After, he can render them in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create designs over the model. Finally, once he has finished his final rendering, he creates bomb presentations and decks. Outside of the Digital Lounge, he focuses his attentions on spending time in the architecture studio, building up his portfolio. He is also Vice President of the Architecture Student Government, and a TA for first year architecture students. Adding to his experience, Nicholas spent his summer working on USC Provost’s Undergraduate Research Fellowship.
